Global Ports Holding

Unified Digital Platform for the World's Largest Cruise Port Operator

The Challenge

Global Ports Holding operates 30+ cruise ports across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Asia-Pacific. Each port had independently built websites using different technologies and design languages. This fragmented landscape weakened brand integrity, fractured the B2B customer experience, and reduced operational efficiency.

Our Approach

We conducted UX audits across 30+ port websites, mapping shared user needs and sector-specific requirements. Through interviews with cruise lines, tour operators, and port managers, we designed a multi-stakeholder platform strategy.

The Solution

A modular multi-site platform built on a centralized CMS infrastructure, enabling each port to independently manage local content. A shared design system, B2B service portal, real-time port operations data, and multilingual content architecture ensured global brand consistency.
