01Global Ports Holding is the world’s largest independent cruise port operator, with 35 cruise ports in 20 countries serving more than 22 million passengers annually.

02Each port serves a different destination, audience and operational reality, yet all of them represent one global operator. Independent websites drift apart in quality and message; a single rigid template cannot absorb local needs.

04MadeByCat created the master-site architecture the port websites run on: one shared platform and component structure, with each port operating its own localised content and white-label experience on top of it.
Transformation
05Fragmented port sites became one governed master-site platform: shared structure and quality, local content and detail where the destination demands it. The platform is implemented and live, with more than 30 ports worldwide operating on it.
We designed a multi-site strategy first — what must be shared, what must stay local, and who governs each — and then built the master-site architecture and experience layer around that model.
