Team size scales with project scope — a focused design sprint might involve 2-3 specialists, while a large enterprise platform build typically has a dedicated team of 6-10 across strategy, design, engineering and QA, led by a single point-of-contact project lead. We size the team to the engagement rather than applying a fixed template.

Who owns the code and design assets after the project is delivered?

Accepted Answer

You do. Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights to the custom code, design files and other deliverables created for your project transfer to your organisation. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless a client specifically requests confidentiality.
