02A group narrative has to hold together across very different sectors and markets, while each subsidiary keeps its own audience, language and level of technical detail.

03Investors, partners, candidates and journalists arrive at group or subsidiary level and must be able to move between them without losing the thread.
MadeByCat role
04Group-level digital experience, information architecture, multi-entity storytelling, reusable design patterns and content governance across the corporate site and verified group properties, including Çalık Enerji, Çalık Renewables and Gap CLK Worldwide / Çalık Energy Swiss AG. The migrated properties are consolidated onto MadeByCat XMS, the studio’s enterprise Experience Management System, with Managed Services running the operating model around it.
Transformation
05The transformation scope covers approximately 22 previously separate interfaces and web properties, each with its own infrastructure, agency and service or SLA structure. 17 have been migrated to date onto MadeByCat XMS; the remainder are still in scope rather than completed. Content entry and editorial operations are now shared and centralised instead of duplicated per property.
We defined the group narrative and the shared pattern library first, then mapped which subsidiaries inherit, extend or diverge — and made that a governance rule rather than a one-off decision. Migration onto MadeByCat XMS then proceeded property by property rather than as a single cutover.
Solution
06A group digital experience on MadeByCat XMS with a common architecture, reusable interface patterns, centralised content operations and content governance across the corporate and subsidiary properties. Infrastructure technologies, monitoring and quality practices were standardised, security standards and practices were brought to a common baseline, and new sites follow the corporate design guide and a shared holding-wide digital language.
Ongoing partnership
07Managed Services established shared standards across service, operations, cost, security, technology and process for the migrated properties — including cookie and consent management and accessibility implementations — so each new or migrated site starts from the same operating baseline instead of a separate agency arrangement.
