Business Challenge
A new financial services brand had to establish its digital presence from scratch — explaining its products to merchants while giving technical teams a credible integration path.
User Problem
Two very different audiences arrive at once: businesses evaluating payment products, and developers who need documentation, a developer portal and a sandbox before they can commit to an integration.
The Challenge
Serving merchant evaluation and developer integration in the same experience, without either audience getting the other’s content.

Brand web experience, product and solution information architecture, developer integration experience, and ongoing web operations and development. Backend payment-processing engineering is not part of this record.
Our Approach
We separated the two intents architecturally while keeping one brand experience, and treated the developer journey as a product surface in its own right.
