Client context
01Kordsa is a publicly listed industrial company in Türkiye, reporting to investors, analysts and regulators alongside its corporate audience.
Business challenge
02A listed company publishes on a fixed calendar — results, reports, general assembly documents, governance updates and material disclosures — in two languages, and every item has to remain retrievable long after it is published. A corporate marketing site is not structured for that.
User problem
03Analysts, fund managers, individual shareholders and journalists arrive with a specific question: the latest results, a presentation cited elsewhere, the board and committee structure, the current shareholder structure, or the documents for an upcoming general assembly. Each of those needs to be reachable in a few steps and in the reader’s language.
MadeByCat role
04Delivery of Kordsa’s separate investor relations website: investor-facing information architecture, the document and announcement content model, bilingual Turkish and English publishing, interface design and front-end implementation of the investor sections.
Transformation
05Investor content is organised as its own digital experience rather than as a section appended to the corporate site, with disclosure, reporting, governance and general assembly material each holding its own navigable structure and dated archive.
We structured the site around what an investor comes to do rather than around internal departments: company overview and investment proposition first, then disclosures and results, then reports and presentations, then governance and general assembly, with stock information and a direct investor relations contact route always reachable. Disclosure items reference the official Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) record rather than restating it, so the site indexes the authoritative source instead of competing with it.
Solution
06A separate bilingual investor relations website covering company overview and investment proposition, corporate governance, announcements, financial statements and results, reports and presentations, general assembly material, stock information, sustainability content, news and investor contact — with dated archives so each reporting period and document type stays navigable as the record grows.

Questions
- What was delivered for Kordsa?
- A separate investor relations website, published in Turkish and English, covering the investor-facing sections a listed company maintains: company overview and investment proposition, disclosures, financial statements and results, reports and presentations, corporate governance, general assembly material, stock information, sustainability content, news and investor contact.
- Why a separate investor relations site rather than a corporate section?
- Investor content has its own audience, publishing calendar and archive depth. Keeping it as its own experience lets the disclosure architecture, document archive and bilingual publishing rhythm be designed for investors without being constrained by the corporate site’s navigation.
- How is disclosure content handled?
- The official Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) entry stays the authoritative record; the site presents announcements with their dates and links to that record, so the published version and the official version cannot diverge.
