Short answer

MadeByCat handles ABCOO’s corporate digital experience end to end: UX research and user journeys, information architecture, UX/UI design, responsive bilingual web development and, after launch, managed website services. ABCOO’s own project announcement names MadeByCat as its partner for digital strategy, user experience and interface design, and web development.

Client context

01

ABCOO is a law firm with more than 40 years of experience, providing legal services at national and international level with a client-focused approach.

Business challenge

02

Four decades of practice have to be legible online: practice areas, professionals and their expertise, the team, international recognition, news and current legal publications — in Turkish and English. Visitors need to reach what they came for through a clear structure, and the firm needs to keep publishing legal insights without the site losing its shape.

User problem

03

Different visitor groups arrive with different questions — a practice area, a specific professional, a recent legal insight, firm news — and in different languages. Each of those paths has to be short and predictable in both Turkish and English.

MadeByCat role

04

Digital strategy, UX research, user journeys, information architecture, UX/UI design, responsive web development of the bilingual site, and managed website services after launch.

UX research and discovery

05

We started from the visitors rather than the organisation chart: which groups come to the site, what each of them needs to find, and where the discovery of services, professionals and publications was getting in the way. Information needs, content discovery, user journeys and priorities were defined from that research and analysis, and they set the order of every later decision.

Information architecture and content model

06

Practice areas, expertise, professionals, team, news and publications were restructured so that each has a clear place and a clear relationship to the others, with professionals presented alongside their areas of expertise. The Turkish and English structures follow the same logic, so both audiences meet one coherent site rather than a translated copy.

UX/UI design

07

A contemporary, responsive interface that carries ABCOO’s corporate identity, its trust-based way of working and its international outlook. Layout, typography and navigation were designed with accessibility in mind and for reading on every screen size, so legal content stays easy to scan on a phone as well as on a desktop.

Web development

08

Responsive, bilingual implementation of the new site, with a sustainable structure for news, legal insights and publications so the firm can keep publishing in both languages as its archive grows. The build is set up to support everyday content operations, not a one-off launch.

Solution

09

A renewed bilingual corporate website in which practice areas sit under a clearer content architecture, professionals and their expertise are easier to reach, news, legal insights and publications have a sustainable structure, and Turkish- and English-speaking visitors get one consistent experience.

Ongoing partnership

10

After launch the site is run under MadeByCat’s managed website services model: maintenance, technical support, updates, and continuing content and platform improvements, handled by the team that researched, designed and built it. Scope and cadence are agreed within the engagement.
